Lessons and bookings

• 1-on-1 lessons and Conversation Club sessions are booked in advance through the site and paid for as classes.
• You can reschedule or cancel a booking up to 24 hours before it starts without losing the class.
• Missed lessons with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, use up the class.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Classes are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law, but they do not expire.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Acceptable use

Lessons, games, and the quiz are for your personal learning. Do not share your account, resell access, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for other students.

Liability

We aim for reliable lessons and accurate content, but we cannot guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by Belgian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
